​To complete your appointment, a $50 deposit is required. Please be advised of our 24-hour cancellation and no-show policy. Deposits are non-refundable and not transferable to your next appointment. Any notice given less than 24 hours before the appointment is considered a last-minute cancellation and will count as a no-show.

If you have an old tattoo done by another artist, you will be charged the full price. If color correction or camouflage is required, an additional fee will apply depending on the condition of your previous work.

Most permanent makeup procedures are a two-step process, and final results cannot be determined until the touch-up session is completed. The touch-up is meant to correct any discoloration caused by healing and scabbing. We strongly recommend that all clients schedule a follow-up appointment so we can evaluate the treated area, whether or not they feel a touch-up is needed. Please keep in mind that everyone’s skin heals differently and may require more than one touch-up. The touch-up after 4 to 8 weeks is $100, after 8 weeks, an additional charge will apply.

Services provided are non-refundable. Each appointment begins with a consultation, shaping, and drawing before the actual procedure. No procedure will be performed until you approve the final shape. By giving consent to be treated, clients acknowledge and accept this policy.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for any reason, even if they are eligible for a follow-up or touch-up. This will not result in a refund.

Please note that results may vary depending on factors such as skin type, age, scarring, diet, stress levels, and skincare products used. Because of these factors, more than one touch-up session may be necessary.

Clients cannot be pregnant or nursing.
Clients must be over the age of 18.
If you are undergoing chemotherapy or have conditions such as diabetes, epilepsy, or an autoimmune disease, please consult with your physician and notify your artist before booking.
